The role involves managing a corporate affairs team, acting as secretary to the Board of the Charities Regulator and its Finance, Audit, Risk and Governance Committee, responsibility for all aspects of corporate governance including oversight of risk management, procurement, Data Protection and Freedom of Information processes. The post also entails liaising with the Department of Rural and Community Development and external advisors on HR matters, as appropriate, and managing office facilities and the health and safety of staff.
